How it works
Six steps, and no booking engine yet.
We are five vans and two people who build three of them. Until there is a reservation system you are talking to a human, which in the first season is not a limitation — it is the part where we find out your trip does not fit the van, or that you need the big one, before you have driven anywhere.

You send dates
No card, no hold. Tell us the dates, the party and — if you have it — the campground you already booked. We reply the same evening, next day at the outside.

We tell you if it works
This is the step most rentals skip. Two travel seats, one child at camp, 2.24 m of height, 240 km of loaded range. If your trip does not fit the van, we say so and suggest one that does — including a competitor’s.

You book the site
Campground first, van second. We send you the exact links and the booking window dates for the route you picked, because the site is the constraint in this province, not the vehicle.

Pickup, 16:00–18:00
North Vancouver, open-air parking. Forty-minute walkthrough: the tent and the ladder (or the standing-height bed), the galley slides, the water fill and the grey tank, the charge card or the fuel nozzle, the route card for your trip. Battery around 90% or a tank full, fresh water full.

You go
Our number works until midnight. If something breaks we fix it or move you — first season we have exactly five vans, so the honest answer is that we will move heaven, not fleet.

Back by 11:00
Swept out, grey tank emptied at a station, battery at 70% or the diesel tank full. Deposit refunded within seven days, no walk-around theatre, no line for a torch and a clipboard.
The six things we say at every handover
Forty minutes, once, properly.
- Electric vans: two travel seats only — everyone belted, front seat only
- Large vans: five belts, four berths, and we fit your child seats with you
- Tent opens from inside; ladder is along the bench wall
- Grey tank comes out at a dump station, not on the ground
- Hob runs on V2L with the van in ready mode (electric vans)
- No parkades: 2.24 m electric, 2.74 m Sprinter. Gravel is fine
- Quiet hours are 22:00 in most sites. The van makes them easy.
Bring a second driver if you have one — it is $25 for the booking and we will show them the ladder too.

There is no booking engine yet — you are not swiping a card on a website that launched last week. Pick your dates and your van, we answer within a day with the vehicle, the campground reality and the honest plan for your route.

- The electric three — Kia PV5 Cargo Plus. Two adults, a rooftop tent you climb into from inside, and a kitchen on drawers out the tailgate. Built by us, on the North Shore.
- The two big ones — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 AWD, high roof. Standing height, four real berths, five seat belts and a diesel heater. Bought as conversions, not built by us — and they are diesel, which we would rather tell you now.
